Delivery Information

Delivery Policy:

All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of order being received. (Not including Bank Holidays and weekends)
All goods are shipped from Bittany in Northern France.

Standard shipping can be 7 days but we have known it take 2 weeks if you have not selected express.
We offer an Express Service with tracking taking approx 2-3 days. This service also is express handling so you jump to the head of any queue.  Please contact us if you require an express service.

Express Delivery is only applicable for working days .
We cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control.

If you choose a service that requires a signature it is your responsibility to make sure someone is available to sign.

We cannot follow instructions given by you if you ask to leave with a neighbour or leave on doorstep- so please do not ask us as this is impossible for us to instruct local delivery agents.
